I just got a fax from the Glendora Chamber of Commerce. David Drier is the headliner speaking at Glenkirk Presbyterian Church on April 28th.
It's sponsered by the Glendora Chamber and the "Legislative Action Committee". I work at a small business in San Dimas and we belong to the chambers in San Dimas and Glendora [California. David Drier is the featured speaker.
Glendora is a beatiful foothill town that is marred by too many Rethuglican voters. I want to attend and ask Drier flat out about being gay in a party that vilifies gays. My boss and all employees at my firm are totally anti-Bush [though my boss voted for him in 2000]. Any thoughts on this Kossacks?
If nothing else, it would expose him to the very people that are ignorant about his sexual orientation.
